Please be sure to inspect your item(s) upon receipt for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Keep in mind that it is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. We will replace or refund any product(s) damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Free return shipping will be provided for items damaged in shipping and a replacement item or refund will be provided.
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all returned products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged (with the exception of products that were damaged during shipping).
To return an item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to mail your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA number will not be accepted.
After receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the condition. After our approval, the refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method (please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable). Please allow up to seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3 – 7 business days before the refund posts to your account.
If more than ten (10) business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please feel free to contact us or reach out to your financial institution.
