PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES:
All premade orders are processed within 1 – 3 days. Processing times will vary for custom orders. Should you need to expedite your order, please leave us a note in your cart before checking out and we will try our best to accommodate you.
IMPORTANT: Please double-check your address before checking out. Ensure it is correct and not missing any pertinent information for delivery including apt or unit #. If a delivery error is made due to an incorrect/insufficient address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Standard shipping typically takes between 3 – 7 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier. Once the package is shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. However, we want to make sure you receive your order so please feel free to contact us if there are any issues.
